A notice is a written or printed announcement. The language used is simple and formal, not flowery. It is put up on display board in a school for students to read.

1. Follow the word limit strictly. (50 words)
2. Draw a box to write a notice.
3. Write the name of the school and address issuing the notice on the top.
4. Write NOTICE in block letters below that.
5. Write the date of issuing the notice.
6. Mention the heading and underline it to highlight.
7. Mention the purpose, all details, date, programme and concerned people to be contacted.
8. Signature, name and designation of the person issuing the notice in the end of the notice.
